5.1 The prices for services are indicated on the Website and depend on the selected service and its duration.
5.2 After the Customer's first contact with the Specialist through the Website, pages, or messenger dialogue window, the Specialist may additionally determine the duration and type of session, and the Administrator shall determine the final cost of the consultation/service.
5.3 Settlements between the Parties shall be made by transferring funds through online payment systems used by the Website, or to the bank account specified by the Administrator, as well as by using funds available on the Balance.
5.4 The service price includes the Administrator's commission as well as the Specialist's service fee.
5.5 Booking of time for an oral consultation shall be carried out by transferring funds to the account specified by the Administrator or through online payment systems, as well as by debiting funds from the Balance. The Customer shall make such payment no later than 24 hours before the session.
5.6 The Balance may be replenished through the use of gift certificates, unless otherwise specified on the Website or in relevant messages.
5.7 The following conditions apply for debiting funds from the Balance: 5.7.1 funds from the Balance shall be debited first for payment of sessions; 5.7.2 use of Balance funds is possible only after other discounts and promotions have been applied; 5.7.3 refund of funds from the Balance is not possible; 5.7.4 if the cost of a Session exceeds the Balance amount, the Balance shall be applied as a discount toward payment for the Session.
5.8 Any commission charged by banking or financial institutions for the transfer of funds shall be borne entirely by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed with the Administrator.
5.9 After full payment, funds are non-refundable except as provided in Section 9 of this Agreement.
5.10 The paid booking fee for a session constitutes a security payment (deposit) within the meaning of applicable law and is non-refundable.
5.11 The Customer may not demand a reduction in the cost of services or a refund if the Customer has not used the ordered services.
5.12 The paid booking fee (deposit) shall not be refunded to the Customer: 5.12.1 if the Customer cancels the consultation less than 24 hours in advance; 5.12.2 if the Customer is more than 15 minutes late from the agreed consultation time without prior notice.
5.13 If the circumstances referred to in Clause 5.12 occurred due to force majeure beyond the Customer's control, the Customer must notify the Administrator/Specialist in the manner and within the time limits provided in Section 11. The Specialist, jointly with the Administrator, may decide to reschedule the consultation to another time and date.
5.14 When purchasing a Subscription that provides a discount, rules similar to Balance debiting apply: previously paid Sessions under the Subscription shall be used first; discounts and promotions may be applied only after previously paid Sessions have been used; refund of funds for unused but paid Sessions is not possible if 14 days have passed since payment and sessions under the Subscription have been used; replacement of a Specialist under a Subscription is possible only with a Specialist whose Session price is equal to or lower than the original one.
